  2. Assist in planning and providing effective recruitment strategies to ensure timely recruitment for various studies.
  3. Perform various enrollment activities, including but not limited to:
    • Confirm candidates eligibility prior to scheduling appointments
    • Interacting with clients for their job requirements in both India and Japan
    • Schedule appointments (e.g. prescreening, screening, repeat, check-in etc.)

This role reports to the CEO, EWIS. The position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans that enhance EWIS’s ability to pursue new markets and implement new solutions. This includes overseeing business verticals that assist in determining the best avenues to enhance EWIS’s services; focusing on initiatives that improve EWIS’s profitability and marketability; and directing an assortment of activities in support of acquisitions, strategic alliances and reengineering of projects. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Identifies new business opportunities and strategies to improve the company’s market position for financial growth.
  • Creates and implements a corporate business development strategy.
  • Plans and leads strategic business development initiatives.
  • Researches the competition and generates potential leads.
  • Networks and builds client relationships.
  • Leads potential transactions, prepares and presents sales proposals, negotiates and closes high-value contracts.
